GENERAL & PRIVACY TERMS

CHECK-IN

1. This is a self-serviced accommodation.
2. The earliest check-in is at 16.00
3. The front door of the house is locked. The key boxes are located next to the front door. Select the box corresponding to your room number, enter the 4-digit code provided to your phone by sms on the check-in day, and open the box to retrieve your keys. The keychain contains all the necessary keys to access the house and your room. Open the front door and lock it behind you.
4. Please leave your shoes in the hallway; it is safe there. We kindly ask you to follow this rule to keep the house clean and pleasant.
5. Find your room and unlock the door of your room with the key.

CHECK-OUT

1. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest.
2. After your stay, please leave your room keys in the same lockbox where you retrieved them upon arrival.
3. Please make sure to take any food you have in the shared fridge with you and lock all doors behind you when you leave.
4. Late check-out until 1:00 PM is available for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

A reservation can be canceled up to 48 hours before check-in. The check-in time is considered to be 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

PARKING

We offer free and secure parking in the villa’s yard. Please park your car in the designated parking area next to the house. Parking on the road or on the neighbors’ lawns is strictly prohibited!

OTHER INFORMATION

• The living room and kitchen are available for everyone to use.
• Tap water is drinkable.
• The smart TV has limited free-to-air channels, hybrid TV, and access to the internet (including YouTube).
• Quiet hours are Sun-Thu from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Fri-Sat from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• During the season, there is a grill with furniture in the garden available for everyone to use.
• The large trash bin is located in front of the house next to the parking area.
• Smoking is allowed only in front of the house next to the ashtray.
• Local taxis can be reached at 1200, 1300, or by using the Bolt app.
